Anyone can photograph a new one. We would rather walk you through one in Bengaluru, Mysuru or Mandya that has been lived in since — then leave you and the owner to talk.
We have been building interiors in Karnataka for more than twenty years. The fashions have turned over several times in that period. What hasn't changed is that a home is judged by how it works on an ordinary Tuesday, not by how it photographs on the day of handover.
So we start with how you actually live — the routines, the storage you need, the room nobody uses — and then we build it ourselves. Our own carpenters, materials from our own supply, one team from the first drawing to the last fitting.

Not by cutting corners on your home. By carrying fewer costs that have nothing to do with it.
We own the material supply
Hardware, plywood and glass — we run retail in all three. Materials enter your quote at wholesale, not at a markup on somebody else's wholesale. Across a full home, that difference is the one you notice.
There's no experience centre to fund
A display showroom is one of the heaviest fixed costs a design firm carries — rent on a Bengaluru high street, staff to sit in it, and a fit-out redone every few years. All of it gets recovered from the people who sign. We chose not to build one.
The carpenters are ours
A permanent team of highly skilled carpenters, not labour hired per project. The same standard holds from one site to the next — and there is nobody to pass the blame to when something needs putting right.
Nothing changes hands midway
Design and execution sit with the same team. Most detail is lost at the point a drawing is handed to a contractor who wasn't in the room when it was made. Here there is no such handover.

Half-built, nothing tidied away yet — the work the way it actually looks before the styling goes on top of it.

A home, lived in
A finished project in Bengaluru, Mysuru or Mandya. Ask the people living in it anything you like — we won't be in the room for that part.
The only thing we ask back: once your own project is done and you're happy with it, would you host a visit for someone else one day? Plenty of clients say no. That's genuinely fine — the offer was never conditional on it.
Some clients want the whole home handled. Others want a layout and an honest opinion. Both are fine — in Bengaluru and across Karnataka.

Residential Interiors
Apartments, villas and independent homes, from compact Bengaluru flats upwards. We plan around how the place is actually used — where the bags land, which room gets the evening sun, how many people cook at once.
Sometimes you only need direction. A layout, a material direction and an honest idea of what it will cost — before you commit to anything, with us or anyone else.
Where the storage, services and circulation go, settled on paper before anything is built. It is by far the cheapest stage at which to change your mind.
Offices, retail and hospitality, planned around the hours they keep and the date they have to open. Commercial work costs money every day it overruns, so we schedule it that way.
